Overview
You've heard of Fantasy Football and Fantasy Baseball, right? The game is simple: You choose a team of 8 players from among the cast. Each week your players earn points based on things they do in each episode--things like crying, fighting, hooking up and more. If you have a poorly performing player, you can strategically bench them or trade them. As the season goes on, see your points rack up and see your standing among all of the fantasy teams. We'll have weekly winners and one grand prize winner at the end.
1: Registering and Choosing Your Team
Sign up and choose a name for your team. Then select eight players from the cast (there are 32 cast members to choose from). Consider which members will do well this season--you want the players who are going to rack up the most points for you, based on performance in each of our 16 Special Categories. Check out their Trading Cards for background info on each member.

2: Manage Your Team
You will have six active players and two on the bench. You can play strategically by swapping active and benched players, or by making trades. Cast members can get voted off the show this year, so if someone on your team gets voted off, you'll definitley want to trade them--once they get kicked off, they won't be scoring anymore points.

The Bench
You must have two players on the bench at all times. You will not be awarded any points for the players while they are on the bench. You can change your players' status from "bench" to "active" (or vice versa) as many times as you'd like--just go to the "Change Starting Lineup" page.

Making Trades/Frozen Roster
You are allowed to make six trades for the entire season, so trade wisely! Trading will come in handy if someone on your team gets voted off the show. You can make trades any time except just before the show airs: the "no trading" freeze occurs 6:00 p.m. ET Mondays until 6:00 p.m. ET Tuesdays (which is essentially "game day"). This ensures fairness for East and West Coast viewers.
3: Scoring
There are lots of ways to earn points in the Fantasy Challenge. In Fantasy Baseball games, you get points when people on your team do well (like hitting a home run or pitching a strike). In our game, you get points for how well your players do in the "Challenges" and also for things like fighting, kissing, and hooking up. (Think of hooking up as our "home run.") Read on for more details on things you can get points for.

Challenges: On the show, the cast members participate in "Challenges" where they compete against each other in Olympic-style competitions. However many points the cast members earn in the Challenge, you will be awarded the same amount of fantasy points.

Activity Points: You will also receive points each time one of your team members cries, fights, hook ups, trash-talks, get bleeped, etc. For a full list of all 16 items you can receive points for and how many points each item is worth, see the Fantasy Point Chart.

Buzz Word: This is the "Bonus Points" category. Each week, there will be a secret word worth 10 points. The word won't be revealed until the episode airs. During each episode, a graphic will appear when the word is said. If someone on your team says the word, you will receive points. The word may be said several times an episode and you will get points each time it is said.
See the Fantasy Point Chart for full details.

4: Check Your Score and Standing
The show airs at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on Mondays. The team scores and players stats will be updated on the site at around 6:00 p.m. ET on Tuesdays. You can check your weekly scores then by coming back to the Challenge site and logging in.

5: Challenge Your Friends
It's no fun winning if you have no one to brag to. From the site, you can send an e-mail to your friends and invite them to play. You also can add them to your team's Buddy List so you can keep an eye on their scores.

Episode Summary's!

episode 01
Its the Battle of the Seasons, and apparently we can kiss Jiselas ass because shes not afraid of heights. We've got 32 contestants, 16 teams, eight seasons from two shows, and it's all about to go down. $300,000 is at stake and the last three teams standing from the winning show will split the money. Got all the numbers straight? Now, lets get to what really mattersthe drama.

Beth S. and Norman dont like each other. Stephen has already rubbed Coral the wrong way. Belou has her baby daughter with her and her teammates dont think thats cool. Holly and Chadwick are the lovey-dovey married couple and everyone is sick of their kissing and their ready-made alliance.

The first challenge is called "The Hangman." Each team must hang from a steel girder suspended over water, and the teams that hang the longest will get the most points. The problem is, once one person falls, the entire hangman rocks and everyone else is thrown off balance. Mike works his muscles to keep himself and Coral the last RW team standing, but the Road Rulers prove to be the athletic stars of the show. The four longest-standing teams are RR: Maximum Velocity Tour, Australia, Season 2 and Semester at Sea.

After the three top teams for each show are announced, they are told they must form "inner circles" and vote off one of the other teams from their own show. This proves to be a most difficult prospect as each group must decide whether to get rid of its strongest competition or eliminate the weakest teams. RW quickly decides that it's best to get rid of dead weight, and the deadest weight around is Beth S. Unfortunately that means nice guy Jon has to go as well. After all is said and done, the Real Worlders get together and form a pact, deciding that it really doesnt matter who wins if they all decide to split the $300,000.

Road Rules has a tougher time. Both Chadwick and Holly are in the inner circle, allowing their alliance to strengthen. The married couple pushes for getting rid of the greatest threat to the three top teams in RR: the fourth-place team, Yes and Veronica. When they reveal their selection to the rest of the group, the RR morale totally changes. The teams now feel that everyone is out for themselves and that they must watch their backs.

episode 02
The Road Rulers feel a little bushwacked after the big vote. Theo is sad that Yes and Veronica are no longer there. Chadwick and Holly are getting a little ostracized and Jisela doesnt appreciate Adam fraternizing with the enemy. Having been burned once by voting, Jisela is not about to get caught off guard again. She thinks that "Adam is naive as far as the politics of the game."

While the RR team threatens to implode, Hurricane Juliette threatens Cabo San Lucas. Hosts Mark and Eric inform everyone that the days challenge is cancelled because of bad weather and that they should prepare for the hurricane. When it finally hits, power is out and everyone starts to go stir crazy. The guys apparently play shirtless scrabble, allowing words like "sh*thead" and "fo'shizel," while the girls go insane searching for water to shower with and smelling each others armpits.

The insanity finally turns into a party as Norman, Coral and a few others come up with the idea for a Hurricane Toga Party, complete with a VIP room and a toga contest. Sharon wins the contest and gets a very risqu lapdance from Doorman "The Miz." While everyone else parties, Belou stays in her room with her child, probably thinking about her heated argument with Holly and Chadwick earlier in the day. Chadwick and Holly also stay away from the party, choosing to be with each other rather than hang with the heathens.

Chadwick and Holly also stay away from the party, choosing to be with each other rather than hang with the heathens.

episode 04
Hurricane Juliette has come and gone and left a completely different situation in its wake. The Real World team is a loopy dysfunctional family big on love, sharing and the spirit of togetherness. With Lawyer Sean leading them, they all decide to "split all the prize money amongst ourselves and then just vote off the weakest players."

Meanwhile, the Road Rules team is the exact opposite. Jisela is convinced that Holly and Chadwick are forcing people into alliances and that they muscled Emily into the deal. Emily confirms this, saying that "if we dont form an alliance with them like they have requested, were the next team to be voted off." Piggy disagrees with this claim. She doesnt think anyone was forced into anything and that it's unfair of Emily to paint the rest of them as bad guysit was a mutual decision. They decide to have a team meeting to clear the air.

While the Road Rulers are fighting and everyone on RW is drinking and doing the free love thing like it's 1968, Stephen is acting like J. Edgar Hoover. Hes listening in on cast member interviews and taking notes outside the big RR meeting. Hes paranoid and no one can figure out why. Even though the RW team has agreed to this plan of voting off the weakest players, his erratic behavior is making everyone uncomfortable and has Lindsay fearing that they might be the next to go.

As the show closes, the teams are starting the Musical Inner Tube Challenge. Piggy and Chadwick are the first to go and Stephen has taken to elbowing people in the face to stay in the gameto be continued.

episode 05
Inner Tube Tango continues with Piggy and Chadwick already eliminated. Things get heated in the pool when competitors start holding tubes for their partners and generally doing anything necessary to stay in the competition. Stephen is especially aggressive with arms flailing every which way. Hes so active in the pool that noone wants to stand near him so he gets to the front of the line. He and Lindsay eventually win the competition but there are some bruised egos and faces in the aftermath. Adam notes that "Stephen punched Jisela in the nose and so if I have an opportunity to go head to head with Stephen, Im going to break his legs out."

The Inner Circles are formed and after a brief discussion, the Real Worlders agree to follow with their arrangement and eliminate the team with the lowest score. The Road Rulers dont have as easy a decision. Holly has made it into the Inner Circle but her husband, Chadwick, has not. The bad blood between the old alliance is obvious as Emily makes it well known that she thinks Piggy and Chadwick should go. Dan and Tara are in agreement, for the good of the RR team. Holly argues that its hypocritical of everyone to want to vote off the 4th best team when they didnt like that strategy last time. Tara sees right through this strategy though, "Holly is taking a strong stance. She wants to change the rules, which is what anyone would expect. Of course she doesnt want her husband to go home"

Its time to announce whose being sent home. The Road Rulers are first and Holly refuses to even stand with the rest of the Inner Circle. Dan reveals that Chadwick and Piggy are going home for the betterment of the team. Everyone seems unhappy and uncomfortable with the entire situation. Holly decides that the rest of these people have made an enemy of her. The RW vote is much easier to take. Mike and Sharon already know they will be gone and are okay with it. The RW lovefest continues as Stephen thanks them for participating and for their respective great personalities. Sharon tearfully gives a pep talk to her team telling everyone that they have to "Take it to the Top!"

episode 06
Its a new day and a new mission for the Challenge teams still at the resort. The teams participate in Vertical Limit, an extreme rope-climbing competition. Holly and Theo set the bar pretty high as the first team to complete the challenge, earning 33 points. They seem to have the $20,000 shopping spree in hand until Kelley destroys the competition by getting 21 points by herself. With her points added to Dannys points, they easily win. Thankfully, this competition was much less vicious than the Inner Tube Tango.

But all is not well with either group. Road Rules is trying to get some of the unity and team concept that Real World has created. Dan suggests that they work on a money split so that everyone gets five grand and the winning team still walks away with about 40 grand apiece. Just about everyone seems okay with the idea except for Holly, who is still stinging from the ouster of her husband during the last Inner Circle. They form this new Inner Circle with nothing decided and bad blood still simmering between the teams.

The Real Worlders, however, feel like they have a virus. His name is Stephen. He is having a hard time getting along with anyone on his team, especially Coral, who has been in every Inner Circle so far. Even with their verbal agreement to vote off the weakest team, it seems that everyone on the RW side knows that there are two ways to go in this Inner Circlevoting off the team with the lowest score or voting off the team causing the most turmoil.

The categories in which Points will be awarded to Players / Entrants are as follows: Category
Description/Activity
Points
Earned

Crying You score points every time one of your Players cries--tears must be shown to receive points. If someone looks like they are about to cry, it doesn't count. You only get points once for a single occurrence of crying (e.g. If your character begins to cry before the commercial break and continues to cry after the commercial break, this only counts as one instance, even though the same event may be shown several times throughout the episode.) Crying does not count if it occurs during a flashback sequence (See Flashback"). 5
Fighting/
Tantrums You score points every time one of your Players is an active participant in a verbal or physical fight. Being an on-looker when a fight occurs does not count. "Fight" as defined by MTV.com includes screaming, yelling, storming out of a room, hitting, etc. It does not include fights that occur during a Challenge competition-which would fall under the "Foul Play" category. Fighting does not count if it occurs during a flashback sequence (See Flashback"). 10
Hugs
and Kisses You score points every time one of your Players is the giver or receiver of a hug or kiss--this includes platonic hugs and friendly kisses (e.g. kisses on the cheek) and it also includes short, neat, lip-touching kisses that are romantic (any kiss that is "sloppy" or is a "french kiss" would fall under the "Making Out/Hooking Up" category). An arm around someone's shoulder does not count as hugging unless the initial contact started with a hug and then phased into a more casual arm around shoulder. 5
Hooking Up/
Making Out You score points every time your Player is a willing participant in major kissing that represents something more than platonic friendship. This includes French kissing, making out, and hard-core smooching. This category also includes any other sexual contact or when more than kissing is implied (e.g. we see a couple getting into bed, smooching and pulling the covers over their heads). Kisses on the cheek don't count in this category (see "Hugs & Kisses"). Hooking Up/Making Out does not count if it occurs during a flashback sequence (See Flashback"). 20
Nudity You will receive points when your Players bare a part of their body that is normally covered up by undergarments--blurring of the picture will occur. 15
Getting Bleeped Every time someone on your team says a curse word in which "bleeping" is required, you will receive points. "Bleeping" occurs when a word is said that violates the FCC or MTV's standards of what's acceptable to say on MTV. 3
Trash-Talking You will receive points every time your Player trash-talks a person or an entire team in a competition sense. (e.g. If they are a Real Worlder, they can trash-talk someone on Real World, Road Rules or the entire Real World or Road Rules team.) Trash-talking only applies ONLY to competition--bad-mouthing, gossiping or talking negatively about someone does not count (See "Gossiping/Bad-Mouthing"). Trash-talking would include things like the following: "Our team is so much stronger than the Road Rules team. We're going to kick their asses!" 5
Gossiping/
Bad-Mouthing Anytime your Player talks negatively about someone else, you receive points. Bad-mouthing can occur when a Player is talking to another Player or when a Player is talking directly to the camera in an interview form. This is a personal attack on someone else. A good rule of thumb to decide if something qualifies as "gossipin/bad-mouthing," is to ask yourself, "Would that person be pissed if they heard someone say this about them?" If the answer is "yes," then it would qualify as "gossiping/bad-mouthing." This would include statements like, "Mike is such a back-stabber. I can't stand him." This category does not include talking badly about someone from another team in a competition sense. For instance, "Timmy is a horrible athlete, he will really suck at any of the challenges." This would be considered "Trash-Talking" because it is regarding competition. Gossiping/Bad-Mouthing counts as seperately if they're in different locations (e.g. If Chris starts Bad-Mouthing Josh while he is sitting on the couch, then the show cuts to an interview clip of Chris bad-mouthing Josh, and then the show cuts back to Chris on the couch continuing to bad-mouth Josh--this would count as 2 instances of "Gossiping/Bad-Mouthing because Chris sitting on the couch counts as one instance and Chris in the interview counts as a seperate instance since they took place at different settings.) 5
Pep Talk Anytime your Player gives a pep talk, you will receive points. A pep talk is defined as a speech or a discussion designed to raise the morale of another person or a group of people. This does not include "rooting" (e.g. "Go, Elka!" does not count as a pep-talk). Points are awarded for the person who gives the pep-talk, not to the receiver of the pep talk. 5
Getting Injured If your Player gets injured at anytime during the show, you receive points. The injury can occur during a Challenge or when they're just hanging around. An injury includes everything from minor bleeding to broken bones or being hospitalized for any reason. 10
Refusal to Participate If your Player refuses to participate in a Challenge competition for any reason, you will receive points. Reasons to refuse participation can range from "religious reasons" to "fear of heights." 15
Flashback A flashback refers to when something that happened on a previous season of Real World, Road Rules or The Real World/Road Rules Challenge is mentioned or a scene from a previous season is shown. You will get points if your Player is the one who mentions something from a previous season or if your Player appears in a flashback from another season. If another Fantasy Point item happens within the flashback (e.g. Crying, Fighting, etc.), you will not receive points for those categories, you will only receive points for the Flashback. 5
Bodily Function You will receive points each time one of your Players does one of the following bodily functions: Vomiting, Farting, Burping, and Spitting. 10
Foul Play Foul Play can only occur during a Challenge competition and includes anytime someone cheats to win or uses physical force in a way that is against the rules of that particular competition. You will receive points every time your Player uses Foul Play. 10
Buzz Word
(Bonus Points) Each week, there will be a "buzz word" worth 10 points. The buzz word is a secret word that will be revealed on the Web site the day after the episode airs (Tuesday). If your Player says the buzz word, you will receive points. The word may be said several times throughout the episode and you will receive points each time it is said by your Player. Each week's buzz word will be posted on MTV.com the day after the episode airs (Tuesdays) at around 6:00 p.m. ET. 10
Competition
Score Every time there is an official competition (a.k.a. "Challenge"), you will receive the same amount of points that all of your Players combined earn in the Challenge. For instance, if your Players earn a total of 20 points in the on-air Challenge, you will receive 20 points as well. Varies
